The minimum order subtotal value on the platform shop is GBP 350 (prior discount).

Yes. New customers can place their first trial order of any value and quantity on our platform shop.

As the shipping cost starts at GBP 45, you will save more per item if there are at least 5 items in the cart.

Yes! You can get a wholesale discount depending on your subtotal cart amount on the platform shop:

  • Orders from GBP 1,500 – a 20% discount. Use the code: 20off 
  • Orders from GBP 3,200 – a 25% discount. Use the code: 25off 
  • Orders from GBP 6,500 – a 30% discount. Use the code: 30off

If you place your order in USD or EUR, check the equivalent in GBP to find out which discount applies to your order.

The client has the right to return the Goods for any reason within 14 days after the order has been received.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. The Client’s responsibility is to choose the return packaging that protects the merchandise so as not to incur any damage. The Company is not responsible for products that are damaged in transit during the return process. The value of the returned Goods is refunded as store credit or via transfer.

The refund is executed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. The items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras unless agreed otherwise with the Company.

All brands and models available are listed in the shop page – drop the SKU number in the Search Window or click on any spreadsheets and use the CTRL+F option.  

If you’re interested in any unlisted models, send us the SKU number via email, and we will check for you.

Please note that there are substantial quantities of model variations and we process large orders daily. As a result, the stock is constantly changing and it’s impossible to track it online. 

We will always notify you regarding any possible changes to your original order. The best practice is to provide us with alternative model SKUs beforehand.

Additionally, check our out-of-stock policy for more information.

At the checkout of your order, you’re welcome to choose one of 3 options that suits you best: 

  • replacing out-of-stock items with other models from your order;
  • replacing out-of-stock items with specific models (write SKUs in the notes section);
  • the value of the out-of-stock items is provided as store credit applicable to your next order.

If any model is not available at the time of packing, you’ll get a notification in your email with either the replacement list or the coupon code.

We accept GBP, EURO and USD. You can use the Currency Switcher on top of the Product Search field to change to the currency most suited to your needs.

All prices in the invoice will be displayed in the currency selected.

Once you press Place Order at checkout, you’ll receive an email notification with our bank details. If you haven’t received it, please check your Promotions and Spam folder.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location, the number of items in the order, their total weight and size.

In most cases, shipping starts at GBP 45. Fill the shopping cart and enter the delivery address to check your shipping costs.

The more you order, the lower the shipping cost is per item.

We mostly use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and FedEx, but we can dispatch your order with other carriers as well based on the delivery location (e.g., DPD, etc.).

It’s typically 10-15 business days from the moment we receive your transfer of funds (direct shipments). If your order includes special services, it can take up to 20 business days or longer. Please check more HERE.

As soon as the order is dispatched to your address. It may take around 2-8 business days after we receive the funds if all models are available. If your order has special requests, it can take longer.

We have warehouses and freight partners in Asia, Europe and the UK. The items are usually shipped from the warehouse in Asia or Europe, depending on the goods and services chosen.

Yes. We provide a UK Freight Forwarding Service which you’re welcome to add to your order.

It’s an all-inclusive delivery and customs clearance service to the EU and UK. If applicable, you’ll notice it pop up at the checkout once you enter your delivery address.

With this service, we also handle all import procedures after which the goods are delivered to your final address. All hassle-free for you! 

The delivery time depends on the country of destination, but the goods reach most places in 3 to 4 weeks time.

This wholesale platform is run by SIA Global M, a legal EU-based company with over ten years of experience in the industry. Please note that we deal with overstock and clearance items from various suppliers around the globe.

We act as an intermediary between the Client and the supplier of the items.

All the items are brand new, authentic and come with their original packaging which is included in the price.

Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty with our company on all items. For new (unworn) items, if any defect is discovered, we’ll replace it or its damaged parts, or refund the purchase amount in the form of store credit.

Once the item is sold to a third party, the client (You) becomes responsible for the warranty. Whenever there’s a warranty claim, our clients usually have their customers turn to them. You’re then welcome to contact us for assistance. 

Replacement parts for used items can be provided upon request and we reserve the right to determine whether to provide them free of charge. Please send us pictures, videos, and a description of the issue – we will evaluate the situation and get back to you with solutions.

Kindly note that the warranty is void in case the damage has resulted from improper handling or lack of care by the customer.

Yes, anyone can become our client, either a legal entity or a natural person. Please keep in mind that we specialize in B2B and wholesale (bulk orders).
