As the shipping cost starts at GBP 45, you will save more per item if there are at least 4 items in the cart.

No, all the brands and models we offer are displayed on the website.

As we hold significant quantities of model variations and process large orders around the clock, our stock is constantly changing and it’s not possible to track it online. The best practice is to provide us with alternative models in the case, that there are out of stock models in your cart.

We recommend leaving a note at the checkout with alternative models you prefer in case any items in your order turn out to be out of stock at the time of packing.
If there’s no such information provided, we replace the out-of-stock models with others that match up in value and/or are included in your order.
Whenever any items on your order are out of stock, you’ll get a notification and a list of models that were picked as alternatives for them.

Yes, you can get a refund, but only in the form of store credit. Please leave a note at the checkout if this is your preference.

Our mission is to provide you with excellent service, but we’re obliged to charge a service fee after the third modification within an order. For more details on this, please check our Terms of Service

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location, the number of items in the order and their total weight.

In most cases, shipping starts at GBP 45. Fill the shopping cart and enter the delivery address to check your shipping costs.

The more you order, the lower the shipping cost is per item.

We mostly use DHL and FedEx, in some cases Royal Mail but we can dispatch your order with other carriers as well based on the delivery location.

It’s typically 10-12 business days from the moment we receive your transfer of funds.

As soon as the order is dispatched. Generally, it takes around 5-8 business days after we receive the funds if all models are in stock.

We have warehouses in Asia and the UK. The items are usually shipped from the warehouse in Asia.

Yes. We provide an optional UK Freight Forwarding Service which you can add to your order per request.

It helps us guarantee safe delivery. We import goods from Asia, by clearing customs on your behalf. After that, we deliver goods from our UK warehouse straight to your doors. The delivery takes 15-20 business days after we receive the funds.

All our items are brand new, authentic and come with their original packaging which is included in the price.

Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all items as long as they are new. Once the item is sold to a third party, the client becomes responsible for the warranty.

We guarantee the quality of all our goods. If any item is defective, we will replace it or its damaged parts, or refund the purchase amount in the form of a store credit.

Replacement parts for used items can be provided upon request and we reserve the right to determine whether to provide them free of charge.
